Is there a way to control the number of kanjis per day you can review? like for example, I want to review 50 kanjis a day, and not some random number like 200 today, 156 tomorrow, etc.

If you are using Kanji Koohii's SRS, keep in mind you can "End" a review whenever you want. Thus, regardless of the number of due cards, you can decide on a daily amount. When you see the counter during review reach 30, say, or 50, click the "End" button.
If you review in several sessions, there is a count on the Review page that tells you how many cards you have reviewed already that day.
I will eventually add a setting for that so it shows only X amount of due cards. In the meantime doing the above will do pretty much the same.
