I love it! I'll be sure to show it to my three-year old son when he wakes up. He loves walruses for some reason. ^^

Cool, I went to the Aquarium in Nagoya, but I don't remember the Walruses (then again there was so much to see, could have missed it). Or is that the one in Osaka ?

If you remember a giant ferris wheel about one block away, or a replica 3-masted ship that served as a ferry, then it was the aquarium in Osaka.
I didn't know there was one in Nagoya-- I would have checked it out when I was there. Shoot.

I stayed in Osaka last year, I remember that boat, "Santa Maria" if I remember well. We went on the ferris wheel and from high up the interior of the boat didn't look very exciting
I guess there's a restaurant inside or some other attractions. It was funny too, it seemed to just go back and forth along the bay. We didn't have time to see the aquarium in Osaka. I've heard it's more vertical, like a huge tank.
The one in Nagoya is awesome. There are shows at set times with dolphins and シャチ (Orca?). They even have pinguins... crazy. Next to it is "Italia Mura" where you can go relax at the end of the day
When I showed photos of that dolphin show to my friends here, the first thing they noticed was the huge screen at the back!
