I need books for Practice!

#1
So I am exposed about N4 level grammar (I think?) and I want some practice. Genki I+II is on sale here. Should I buy ONLY the workbooks (I do not intend to buy the textbook). If not please suggest some alternatives?

Be aware that the workbook contains no explanations, but if you understand the grammar already that's not going to be a problem. I don't believe the workbook has the answers included, but you can buy the answer key (or find it online).

You could try any of the N4 level JLPT preparation books as they are all full of practice questions.

whiterabbitjapan has plenty of resources available if you don't have a decent book shop nearby (Amazon doesn't have much outside of Genki, JFE, and Minna No Nihongo).

I would suggest JLPT workbooks as well. I think they would be a lot more helpful than genki workbooks.

I agree with this. I didn't mind the Genki workbooks, but only because I was using them at the same time as the textbook. On their own they are not any better than something like a JLPT workbook
