Not sure if anyone else was using it, but the University of Texas Austin site "Cultural Interviews with Japanese Executives" (great for shadowing, reading comprehension) has been taken down. I sent an E-mail to Professors Kelm and Tanaka, and thankfully, it looks like the content has been relocated, though the videos and transcripts aren't currently being linked together (Professor Kelm promised to do this soon).
