Sites like these appear and disappear spontaneously. Rawscans being excellent for a DDL archive doesn't make it more immune to this effect. It may reappear or be gone forever. People with inside information may be able to shed some light on this particular case but I highly doubt there are any around these parts.

In the meantime, here's a thread for discussing alternatives, including ones that tend to last longer.
