Since september 2014, i am using "Heisigs RTK 6th Edition [Stories, Stroke Diagrams, Readings]" anki deck.
It looks like the original deck is not available anymore on the anki web site (https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/1064504798) but the following one seems to be the same: https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/1434761610
Yesterday, i realised that i was not proposed for review several cards that should have been scheduled already.
I asked help in the anki support forum:

Turns out anki use the "Due" field to select the order of presentation and this is not sorted in the same way as the "Sort field" field (wich gives the kanji id that match the book).
If you are using this deck, you may want to check if you are missing card in your daily review.
Browse the cards, sort them by "Sort field" order and then go threw all the card from 1 to your current position in the deck, looking at the "Due" field. All card before your current index position should have a date for "Due" field (like "2014-12-12") and not an integer (like 2174).
If you see card you should already have been reviewing with an integer, select the card, choose Edit/Reschedule and place it for review in a interval that you want (0 meaning now).
I had 70 such card missing (current index position is 1249).
