I imported the cards I want to review (2043-3007).
When I go to review them, they appear to be shuffled in random order. How do I set it to test me in order? Thanks.

If you don't really need the SRS, you could do small batches in the Labs page, or you could advance by lessons in the Progress page. There is no "non-shuffled mode", mainly because an ordered test gives you hints as the primitives will be similar from one kanji to the next.
For the SRS, the solution is to add batches of new cards gradually. If you just added them you can remove the range again through the Manage pages, and then add like 50 a day, and review the blue (new) pile. They are still randomized but then not across the whole of RTK 3.
