I'm taking the N4 test so I was wondering if I should study certain things or just keep doing what I'm doing? I'm working on Core decks for production, recognition and listening. I'm also reading NHK articles.

Going by my experience with the practice test for N2, I'd suggest some extra preparation with N4 specific vocabulary and grammar resources along with your normal study.
It's a test after all, so specific test-prep material is always good.
