Kindle Paperwhite dictionary

#1
Finally my Kindle has arrived and I'm very happy! But there is one minor thing about the dictionary that is bothering me...
When you select words like "潜り込む" it selects only "潜り" or "込む". When you select all the word dragging the finger on it, the kindle doesn't show the dictionary but a menu with other options like "save the phrase". From there you can go to google translate and just translate the word, but it's not so immediate as with the dictionary where you click and it gives you the meaning without orher steps. There is a way to correct this behaviour?

Try changing your default dictionary to the Kojien installed on there. (It's JP->JP). If the word shows up, then it's simply a problem of the dictionary you use not having the word you're looking up. (If not, I don't know what's going on there.)

If you want a JP->EN dictionary that has broader coverage, get one of the 300 yen dictionaries based on EDICT in the Kindle store, and set it as the default. You might have more luck with it finding those words.

I've just tried and it works! Thank you rich_f!
