I am just wondering if there is an easy way to sort an anki deck by 2001.Kanji.Odyssey order?

Is there an addons or something or do I have to do it manually?

you need to have a field with kanji odyssey numbering. I'm guessing yours doesn't. One way to get them is to create a KO# field and import a deck that has them and set anki to 'update existing cards'. make sure to make a backup of your database in case you make a mistake.

once you have KO numbering, click on 'fields' and select the KO# field, then 'sort by this field in the browser'.
