Skritter is the best, but it isn't free. It will support stroke feedback both on iOS and through a web browser, and is very complete.

Kanjibox for iOS is much cheaper (one time fee, no subscription) and supports KanjiDraw, which lets you practice writing kanji stroke for stroke. It's not as good as skitter, but a worthwhile runner up.
