The first video(on the computer) is so unclear that i have no idea what is going on, is there a clear video or explanation somewhere? Also, after watching the rest of the parts all the computer talk and complicated looking programs intimidated a computer scrub like me, is it really as complicated as i think it is or will i get the hang of it? Subs2srs looks like it will be extremely helpful in my studies so please explain

Subs2srs is almost self explanatory in its interface alone, but I'd suggest you RTFM if it's that intimidating. Also once you have it set up the way you want, you have to change almost nothing, so it's a once off thing ideally.
