ai->ee (うまい, -ない), omitting particles (作戦を練る, のはうまい (though the latter probably gets omitted more often than not)).

If you transform those colloquial patterns into textbook Japanese, it would probably look somewhat like this:
ee! koitsu ga |kakashi-sensei ya sakura-chan yori |sakusen WO neru koto/no GA umai |to wa omowanai kedo! ore yori wa |mashi ka mo shirenai kedo.
I might have made a few mistakes, though.
