Hey guys. I need some help with this piece of grammar.
I undarstand it in simple sentences like, for example:

先生は私にもっと勉強するように言いました。- The teacher told me to study more.
私は母に私の部屋を出ないように命令されました。- I was ordered by mom not to leave my room. // Yeah, I'm not good at making up example sentences ;]

That's pretty clear. But I have a problem when it comes to using this constructions with verbs like くれる or　あげる.

Example situation - I asked Akiko to make me dinner.
Should it be: 私はあきこさんにご飯を作ってくれるように頼みました。? Or should it be　もらう　here instead of くれる since it's seen from 私 point of view? I don't quite get it.
What if I want to say it in passive voice? あきこさんは私にご飯をつくってくれるように頼まれました。?

Same problem when someone asks me to do something. For example, I was asked by　Tanaka-san to lend him some money.
Should it be: 私は田中さんにお金を貸してくれるように頼まれました。 Since that's what he would say: お金を貸してください。
Or: 私は田中さんにお金を貸してあげるように頼まれました。 Since that's what I would do: お金を貸してあげます。
And how should it be in active vocie?

Often this can be replaced with a simple てもらう or ていただく since that means getting someone to do something for you. あきこさんにご飯を作ってもらった（いただいた） means "I had Akiko make me dinner."

Otherwise I think you would have to say 作ってくれるように頼んだ.

I don't think it is good to say that it can be replaced. The meaning is different in this case. When I use it with ように頼んだ it does not imply that she really did that for me. I just say that I asked her for this but whether she agreed or not is unknown/unrelevant. If I say あきこさんにご飯を作ってもらった（いただいた that's a fact - she did make the dinner.

Should I think of this as a kind of reported speech then? I use くれる　because that is what would appear in the direct question - ご飯を作ってくれませんか　?

The more I think of it, it starts to make more sense. I wonder if a sentence like this would be acceptable though: ご飯をもらうために、あきこさんにごはんを作ってくれるように頼みました。
I know it sounds strange and noone would actually say that, but I'm just trying to understand the grammar ;]

Yes. And it can mean "I asked him/her to make dinner to Akiko" too.

私はあきこさんにご飯を作ってもらうように頼んだ would mean
1. I asked Akiko to have someone make dinner
2. I asked someone to have Akiko make dinner
3. I asked someone to have someone else make dinner to Akiko
4. I asked someone to make dinner to Akiko

It means "Akiko was asked to make me dinner by someone".
It can also mean "Akiko was asked to make dinner by me", though the viewpoint is reverse.

Yes. And it can also mean "I was asked to lend money to Tanaka by someone".

It would be fine when it means (1) "I was asked to lend money to Tanaka by someone", or (2) "I was asked to lend money to someone by Tanaka".

Respectively, (1) 田中さんにお金を貸してやるように頼んできた and (2) 田中さんがお金を貸してやるように頼んできた
