Translating a recipe

#1
I have a cookbook that I am looking for help translating. The part that is giving me difficulty is 材料. It looks like it is zairyō. Would anyone please help with the correct romaji and the English translation?

The exact recipe title is: レバー串の材料. This is a liver yakitori recipe which I read as reba kushi no zairyō (liver skewer...).

Thank you.

It sounds like what you're looking for is a dictionary. http://tangorin.com/general/材料 (settings->display furigana to see romaji).

You've got it right, though レバー串 is likely rebaagushi (in line with other words that end in 串).
