Are there any phone dictionaries with kanji recognition?

#1
I don't really care if it's Android/Apple as I'm replacing my phone soon. I want to start reading here in the next couple months and would love a dictionary app with image recognition (i.e., from the phone's camera) to make kanji/word look-up faster. I tried google but didn't turn anything up. Does such a dictionary exist?

Try WWWJDIC for Android:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/detai...ck.wwwjdic.

I've not tried it myself but the description does say it supports kanji OCR with the phone camera so maybe it's a good place to start.

I got it. It does support OCR (via camera), too.

Well damn, I'd originally linked that app as one I used to use.

Didn't have camera support back in the day that I was aware of. AWESOME!

I've found using 7notes with mazec to write the kanji while using a dictionary app works better for me, mainly because my luck with WWWJDIC's handwriting recognition hasn't been great.
