I have came across some quite nested conjugations, I can remember exactly the ones but simple example like:

食べてみたい

So I usually am staring it 5 min till figured out that it consist from たべる＋てみる＋たい

This is a nice one but I remember ones nested like hell (like +negative + past tense) and leading to stuck to the reading for some minutes....

Is there any tips for there complicated verb-forming?

Don’t think of them as nested, think of them more like consecutive.

Although your example is not trivial, you can have even more complex (compositions of) conjugations - try these:
食べたくなってきた
食べてみたくなってきた
食べさせたくなかった

and yes, you need to be able to decipher/construct them on the fly - with practice and time you will
