④あとは興味のある本を読みふけるとか、新聞?とかニュースを見るとかかなって思います…。もしくは、漢字検定とかに興味があるならそれを目標にしてみるとか?二級までくらいが一般人が使うレベルです:)
私もあんまり本は読まないほうなので、やっぱり漫画とかがいいのかなあ?

Now, he wants an English translation of this as well. Since I'm not a native speaker of English and generally suck at j-e translation, could someone help me out here?
I thought about something along the lines of "Enriching the city and the lives of its people through new/good relationships", but maybe that sounds a bit weird?
