So, if you live in Japan and you really want a '77 Cadi, and you import it, and the steering wheel is on the left side, is it legal to drive that? With the steering wheel over there?

There are left hand drive cars in Japan so the driving side is not the issue. However, with importation and inspection rules its really hard to do something like that from what I've heard.

It's not hard, but it's expensive. Not Singapore expensive though.
