Can someone tell me if there is any programs that i can watch japanese tv on besides keyhole tv...which cuts audio every 2-3 seconds...?

I'm not sure where you live, but in the United States and Canada, in certain areas, mainstream cable and satellite dish providers have a selection of international stations, one of which happens to be a Japanese channel called TVJapan. I think it's around $25 a month but I'm not sure if it's available in your area.

Similar to the UK. We can get JSTV, which is some NHK channels (and supposedly radio too, hence NHK Radio being IP restricted).
