I noticed several core2k anki cards that uses を for intransitive verbs so I'm curious.
for example, one of them is にもつ を預 あず かってください。
please tell me.

Basically both 預ける and 預かる are transitive. They're like 'to give/hand over' (預ける) and 'to receive' (預かる).
Edit: Or you could think of it as 預かる = having '預ける' done to you. But there's still an object that you're receiving which you mark with を.

That's a transitive verb but yes, there is a class of intransitive verbs that can take を: motion verbs.
