I'd like to hire someone who has some time and is anki savy to make a deck for me.

This deck would be for my own personal use, and I'd ask you to agree not to share it, as I don't want that kind of responsibility.

All the audio and text is freely available there.

You'd need to use a tool like downloadthemall to get all audio files (regular speaking speed files, not slow speed), and then likely get text manually.

I'd like the anki deck to be set up to text as such:

Card one:
Questionispaly English
Answer: Display italian/Play Audio

Card two:
Question: Display italian/Play Audio
Answer: Display English

If you're more anki savy than me I am sure there is a way you could probably set it all up in a spreadsheet then import to anki.

If you'd like to do that, let me know how much and how soon you could do it. I'll make payment by paypal. Please let me know how long and what price you can do it for me.

If you want people to respond you may want to post more information about the amount of work required. Like number of cards to be created. links to determine if script can be written to genetate all cards and download audio, etc,
