can someone tech savvy do me a favor?

Can someone either generate, or tell me how to generate a printable list of the vocab plus definitions and example sentences from the Japanese Core Plus? The SRS is okay for reviewing words I have worked with but teerrrrible when I don't know the word at all. I need to sit down with them one by one and play with them in my head before doing SRS.
I've tried using SRS and I think I have actually retarded my progress Sad I speak pretty fluent Korean and did it the old fashion way before I ever heard of Anki. I'll try doing it together with a list, and if that doesn't work I'm gonna make a giant box of flash cards like a crazy hoarder man. If anyone can help me I'd be very appreciative. Thank you!

Hmm, not sure exactly what format you want the list in, but maybe the PDFs linked to in this thread may be of help: http://forum.koohii.com/showthread.php?tid=9762

This might be what you're looking for

Plus doesn't have sentences for all 20k words. The decks for Core10k and under contain sentences.

There doesn't seem to be any available spreadsheets for core plus or core10k. You could export the core10k deck to a .txt file and import that to excel, then delete all cells except word, meaning, reading, and sentence. You might then print a page or two whenever necessary (while simultaneously marking each page number due to the length of the list).

It won't probably be useful, but I posted a printable list for Core 6000 vocabulary at http://lri.me/upload/core-vocabulary-rtk.html. There is only a total of 5077 words because I removed kana-only words.

The words are in the same order as in the newer versions of the Core 6000 data. I used the TSV file from the thread linked above as the source.
