I didn't even try that hard - I just set all cards to successive = 1
Perhaps you should give misha a nudge?

Yes, I'm necroposting, but it's useful information.
Just an FYI for those who want to use the plugin to migrate the website data to Anki-- I couldn't get it to work with the current version of Anki (0.9.9.4), but I got it to work just fine with 0.9.8.7. (Mac version.) You can find it on the Anki website, under "Older Versions" on the download page.
Just follow the instructions on the plugin's wiki page, and all should work.

The deck format changed from 0.9.8.7 to 0.9.9.4.
I've updated the plugin to work with 0.9.9.4.
Thanks for letting me know about this problem.

I'm having problems importing the CSV file into Anki. I installed an old version of Anki(0.9.9.8.5), downloaded the Kanji CSV file, the plugin, and the Heisig 1+3 kanji deck. When I go to import the CSV file and select "Progress from Koohii" all the files become grayed out. I then saw in the plugin installation instructions that the file should be (*.txt). So, I just renamed the .csv to .txt (can I do this?). Now the file isn't grayed out and I can import it, but I get this error message:
Unable to read file.
/Users/toshioyamamoto/Desktop/rtk_flashcards.txt:2: Unexpected format of status file
What format is the program expecting?
I'd appreciate any suggestions, thanks.
