I'm finishing up learning my kana.

I'm looking for audio (either a database, or something actually geared for this) of Japanese words or phrases that I can listen to and then transcribe it using the correct hiragana. (Either the correct hiragana is in the database or the word is also in text somehow so I can look it up in a dictionary to make sure I'm transcribing correctly.) Has anyone come across anything like this?

Also, I stopped doing RTK for 2+ plus years, do I just have to create a new account in order to reset all the cards?

The Core 6000 data set contains audio files and hiragana versions for 6000 sentences and vocabulary items. This thread has download links for a TSV file and the audio files.

You could create your own database of audio with Subs2SRS. Not the most intuitive program though.
