Mnemonic sentences for learning homophones

I recently started studying vocabulary by grouping homophones together and creating mnemonic sentences that contain two or more words in the group. Something like this:

階kai段danの下shitaに怪kai談danを語kataった。 We told ghost stories under the stairs.

Does anyone know of a list of sentences like that? oyaji-gags.csv? If someone who is better at grammar wants to start writing sentences like that, I can try to write scripts for generating lists of homophones, adding furigana, or estimating the difficulty of the sentences.
