Sentence mining for a grammar?

#1
I have to learn all of the grammar from the first 6 chapters of Genki II so that I can test out of JPN 3.

I know I can pull sentences from Tae Kim's guide on some of the points; I also just thought about getting through Special Expressions before the test along with the Anki deck, then read over all the grammar points and teach myself the one's not in TK.

Is there an easy way to gather up sentences that show a particular grammar point? 10 sentences showing the -nakucha (must) conjugation in different ways, for example. I am blazing through the (genki 2 13-18) grammar with core2k6k fairly easily, but I need a way for the grammar to really sink in. I can read through the textbook's examples, but Genki doesn't really explain too well. I feel I'll get a better sense of it if I have a plethora of example sentences.

Thoughts?

you can search roots of grammar points on alc.co.jp, but these sentences might not mean much to you (content wise). just a quick though.

Get a copy of "Japanese Sentences Patterns for Effective Communication" and search for each grammar point. Plenty of example sentences.

chamcham - Thank you! That book looks perfect. Big Grin
I can type out the sentences fairly easily, but I wonder if there is a PDF version I can copy and paste from to make Anki flash cards?

Thanks Eratik!! I can't download that at work, but hopefully the mediafire link still works. :x

chamcham - I was browsing some old threads and saw your post on the 200 Expressions Anki deck. Did you ever finish it? Smile)
