Twitter Concordancer + Anconc

#1
Hi all,

I remember someone posted a link to an online concordancer for Japanese they had made using twitter, but cannot seem to find it.

Also, does anyone know where I can find information on how to use Anconc for Japanese? I am using a mac.

First time I've heard about Antconc or the term "concordancer" for that matter. Looks like it could be useful for finding context for vocab. Antconc's site has one PDF manual for PC, Mac and Linux so I imagine it can't be very different on each system.

I don't know what you need a concordancer for, but here's something I use, maybe this can be of help:

I have a folder with dorama subtitles and I use Sublime Text 2 to search the files in the folder for keywords. This allows me to find example sentences for my vocab (which comes mostly from doramas anyway). To do this, choose "Project" in the menu of Sublime Text 2 and then choose "Add folder to project". The folder with your files will be added and you can do a search with Command+Shift+F.
