OmmWriter is a simple text processor that firmly believes in making writing a pleasure once again, vindicating the close relationship between writer and paper. The more intimate the relation, the smoother the flow of inspiration.

Chrome Nanny is a Chrome extension which can keep your browsing habits in check. Do you spend more time on facebook than on work ? RescueTime sits in the background and measures which site is in focus and for how long. It automatically stops measuring if your mouse and keyboard aren’t used for 2 minutes or more. It also allows you to manually stop measuring via a “pause” button. We show you your total Chrome time, what percent of your browsing is “productive”, and how your browsing productivity compared to hundreds of thousands of users across the world.

leechblock works for me, it's easy enough for me to get round it by using safari, but when I turn it on I'm committing to working for x minutes, which is enough to keep me from getting distracted.

Damn it's such a good thing. I've been trying it out and it is so good for reading Japanese. Makes reading a pleasure and the font look beautiful.

Tracks how much time you're spending on websites and using programs. Useful to see how much time is going being spent on facebook, anki, here etc.
