I looked at a few, but they just remind me why I hate looking at websites from photographers. They never strike a balance in their website design. It's either incredibly clumsy, or just trying too hard. If I ever have to start loading up a website (i.e. progress bar and all that jazz) then I instantly close it. I go to Flickr for all my photographers. Tongue

I'm at work now and have a massive headache, so I can't really check them
but, ice, you've given the thread like 8 hours give it some time Tongue

There are so many Japanese 'amateur' photographers that I love on flickr, I'll post up some accounts when I get home tonight, because they shoot in Japan they usually have really cool urban shots which is what I'm into. Thing about flickr is though, so many people hide their EXIF data, so you never know how much they've shopped an image. I'm not anti-postprocessing or anything, but one should at least state whether there has been any postprocessing.

You stole my response! She was the first person that popped into my head when I saw the thread title.

There's a lot of fantastic Japanese artists that do great macabre and surreal works, but I don't have any of their names memorized. I'll jot down names next time I'm at a bookstore.
