buonaparte,
I first heard about you on learn-any-language forums, now I see you here. I have been won over. I'm going to try LR for spanish and french. Thanks for your endless posting of resources. I'm a little afraid to try it with chinese. Maybe one day.

Thanks buonaparte. I didn't take a look before because I thought it was about religion, which I'm not interested in.
Now I see it's about a variety of stuff. Useful resource.

Is the J-Eallign broken for everyone else too? It looks really convenient but it's not displaying the Japanese portion in Japanese. It's more of a broken code

1. You don't say what content you are referring to, so you are making it harder for people who actually might be able to help you.
2. How much do you know about text encodings? (Not much? Care to use google? For example: japanese text encodings)

Definitely looks like encoding issue.
You need to find in your browser the way to change "Character enchoding", for example in my Firefox it's under: Tools>Web Developer>Character Encoding. Then select one of:
Unicode
Japanese (EUC-JP)
Japanese (ISO-2022-JP)
Japanese (Shift_JIS)
One of those should work.

I'm really intrigued by this L-R method that he's posted but it's really overwhelming o_O

Downloaded the first two set of files in the first post, will figure out how to make them work tomorrow, I took a look at them before and working them seems indirect, if I linearly follow the first post, will things become clear?
