YouTube Series: Using Dramas To Improve Your Japanese

#1
For the last month I've been creating a YouTube series on all the ways you can use dramas to improve your Japanese. It's mainly based on things posted about here, but has the added benefit of showing instead of just telling.

It's a 10 part series

Part 01: Introduces the purpose of the series
Part 02: Method to obtain Japanese dramas and subtitles
Part 03: How to extract audio from a video
Part 04: Use subs2srs to rip audio from multiple shows and split the audio into smaller segments
Part 05: Export split audio files into mobile devices. Converting a subtitle file into a lyric format
Part 06: Use of Dramanote scripts of a drama.
Part 07: Use of Subs2srs to generate Anki flashcards from dramas
Part 07.1: Addendum for Subs2srs updates.
Part 08: Setting up a deck in Anki to import subs2srs info
Part 09: Importing subs2srs data into an Anki drama deck.
Part 10: Studying/Reviewing subs2srs in Anki

Series is complete. Now to work on the Beginner's Guide to Learning Japanese video series.

Finished part 7.1 (subs2srs addendum) and part 08 (setting up a drama deck in Anki). Should finish the last one or two videos soon. Must admit, making these videos is A LOT easier on my new computer.

Can I use sub2srs to add subtitles to Nukemarine's videos?!…
(it seems I should practise my English comprehension there first, before I even get a chance to apply the procedure!)
Hmm, not a bad idea, perhaps. At least this would provide me with a good motivation.

Anyhow, the tutorial looks great from what I could understand. Thanks for sharing.

Carolina, thanks for the heads up. I fixed the link. In addition, I posted Part 09 that deals with actual importing of the material. That's probably another area that gives problem to some people.
