I have the 4th edition of RTK1 and there the kanji for crossing 辻 (frame 279) has only one drop '. However, anywhere else I look it's written with 2 drops. Is it just a mistake in my RTK edition? It's really confusing.

There's actually a few more kanji like that. Don't worry about it.
