Using the tool is a pretty quick process. Only time consuming part is making an audio file of your video (anime/drama/whatever) and maybe fixing the sub times if it didn't sync with the video when trying to watch it but this doesn't happen often.
The example I did in my blog with the drama BORDER took less than 10 minutes. It could have been more if the sub times were not in sync but they were perfect so all I had to do was load everything up without any editing.
