Not sure if I get it. When you say it works, are you talking about text-hooking? Because you said you were going to try text-hooking programs at the end. Do you mean it just didn't run properly before? The game itself runs just fine here, it's really just a text-hooking issue.
I still need to upgrade to win 10 (currently using the 8.1 version), but I've been holding back to avoid any possible issues that might come as a result of that. I may already have that language pack you're talking about though. Not sure.
