Anki Small Questions Thread - (NO Technical / Troubleshooting Posts)

Hello Everyone,

I currently have a Core6k deck with two types of cards:Recognition and Production. I've been doing production until now, but would like to switch to recognition. 

Is there a way I can create a new deck with only the recognition cards, but keeping all the optimizations the deck has for presenting new cards in a certain way? I had thought about importing the whole deck again, and then just suspending the production cards but I thought that might be overkill...
