My school has cracked down hard with filtering software. This annoys me since I get so many resources from blogs and other sites like Google images (and also loaf around...) Thankfully the surfer will always win. They've busted 5 or 6 of my proxies already, but they were the most popular which tells me they're just using outside software instead of monitoring their network use.
