Ideally, you'd be taking the pictures yourself. Alternatively, Wikipedia provides info on the copyright of its pictures (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:I...right_tags), and though I haven't read the linked page, doing so would probably let you know which of their images can be used.
