currently that message pops up with a 2% chance when answering a card. It is a kind of prototype for a reward given to you when you did well, like studied a long time, answered 10 cards in a row correctly and so on. But that algorithm isn't implemented yet.
I can see that it is confusing to get a random reward, I'll try to implement something nicer as soon as possible
