I actually learned english by myself, without ever opening a grammar book. Im from Brazil, and ever since I was little I watched tv series and movies in english, so I developed the feeling Khatz talks about in his method. I just know when it feels wrong, even when I dont know why it feels wrong. So I think its possible.
