"Steam" Games in Japanese

Does the purchase page say it supports Japanese when you browse to it in the Store?
Are you trying to set the language by right-clicking the name of the game in your game Library, choosing 'properties' and setting 'language' (the 4th tab in properties that only exists for games with multi-language support).
