I knew there *had* to be a way to find Japanese streaming podcasts in iTunes. It's so obvious that I never found it.
At the bottom of the iTunes Store main page, just click on the dropdown list for store location and choose 日本語. Now when you click on Podcasts - all Japanese stuff comes up.
News, comedy, kids stuff (written キッズ instead of 子供), etc.
