Search on google "filmgratis.tv" there you have plenty of movies... no subs, sorry :/
Atm I really can't think of a link to learn pronunciation, I'll search for it but if I recally correctly I already had searched for it months ago and didn't find any result :/

I used it about one year ago with German and it was great.
