yomichan: a tool for reading books with Anki vocab deck integration

I already have MM in Anki.
I'm not sure but I think by default, Yomichan's behavior is to add cards to the end of the queue however, most of those vocabulary cards are already existing in my 25k+ vocab deck. I'm wondering if it's possible for Yomichan to simply reposition those already existing cards (preferrable to the start of the queue).
---
I'm not sure I understand Yomichan yet but I've been doing a bit of research and it's been bugging me that I can't recreate what's described here (https://dayjaby.wordpress.com/2015/06/19...ring-cards , https://dayjaby.wordpress.com/2016/03/22...e-reading/ , https://dayjaby.wordpress.com/2015/10/27...functions/).
I'm using the latest version of Yomichan and some of the features described in the links are missing.

For example, the feature (I think) I'm looking for 'Put new/overwritten cards into the learning queue' button is missing.
(SC of button: https://dayjaby.files.wordpress.com/2015....png?w=730)

I also don't have the Remove vocab, learn vocab, move vocab buttons
(SC of buttons: https://dayjaby.files.wordpress.com/2016....png?w=730)

Also, I tried placing .txt files into the collection.media/Yomichan folder but it won't automatically create subdecks as described...
Were these removed in the newer version?

------
Did some more searching and I think I found what I was looking for (https://github.com/FooSoft/yomichan/pull/9).
Where's the blue button though?

Final Edit:
Nvm, just realized I was looking at a different version of Yomichan (https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/907186589).
