yomichan: a tool for reading books with Anki vocab deck integration

Version bump, adding some stuff that has been sitting around in git repo for a while as well as some bug fixes. The main thing in this release is being able to add words with hotkeys and being able to go back and fourth in text document using bracket keys.

Going to Japan in two weeks so a little busy with stuff, but will add more stuff after things settle down
