the documentary series "Begin Japanology" :
6 seasons, rated 8.7/10 on IMDb, tons of episodes, each one is about a Japanese *thing*, like, dagashi candy shops, bento, fireworks in Japan, bambo, kimonos...etc. It's awesome. Almost all the episodes I have so far have dual audio (jp/en), and they're available on Asia Torrents, you can grab complete seasons there. Many episodes are also available on d-Addicts. If you want audio only, I'm sure you can extract the audio track, but mind that there will be short interviews with people, not just a reporter talking
