Japanese LS Touch: I haven't tried this so can't really comment, but looking at the app info page it seems more like Kotoba than Japanese Sensei.
Japanese Sensei: has fewer sentences (9,619) than the above, but they are from a more reliable source (Halpern rather than Tanaka) and also includes sound files. (Incidentally, Smart.fm Core series sentences are taken from the same source.) User Interface is quite good.
