This may change in the future. One way to break the sentences into separate fields is to open the import file that Epwing2Anki creates in Notepad++ and replace "▲" with "\t▲" (make sure that the "Extended" search mode is selected). [Edit: Now that I think about it, this would be difficult to import into Anki because Anki expects a consistent number of tabs in the import file and not words will have 7 sentences.]
