That would actually be pretty useful. A cheap way to do it now would be to download the epwing anki deck (I think someone made a deck with every entry, not sure how its formatted but if it is like 見つける＊見付ける etc. you can use excel to delete alternate headwords.
Then you can copy the headword column into a text file and just run that through the dictionary you want to extract definitions/whatever from. They have different standards for headwords so in the first go you might get some that say no entry was find that would have otherwise gone through if the kanji had been different 呑み込む・飲み込む vs. のみ込む and so on.
