New to this forum but just want to put out a software I have been using to watch japanese TV. The software is called NTKTV,. Its a java software you run ... some one hack for it so you can watch at least most of the basic kanto channel. Check it out at http://www.d-addicts.com/forum/viewtopic_56753_840.htm . This is not live but you can download by the hour per tv station. This is useful as your not in front of your pc all the time to catch some of your fav shows. Now just waiting for hulu japan to be available on XMBC or someother program.
BTW, I thought Hulu Japan only has the same shows it has in English, doesn't it?
